Platónico was born out of the ambition to make the most “consensual” wine possible. A wine that appeals to all styles and consumer profiles. Fruity and easy for entry-level consumers, yet with enough structure to satisfy a more demanding consumer. The perfect wine doesn’t exist, it’s like platonic love… but a consensual wine is something we can aim for.
