GRAPES: Aragonez, Castelão, Touriga Nacional and Syrah.
Winemaker As: Ricardo Noronha.
Soil: Clay-limestone.
Climate: Atlantic.
Process: Manual selection of the grape at reception, partial destemming. Classic tanning process followed by a period of macerated. Fermentation + maturation + stage.
Color: Ruby.
Flavor: Intense, dominated by ripe red fruits and floral notes that denounce the National Touriga with which it is produced.
Palate: This set reflects the balance resulting from the best complexity of the blend of Portuguese varieties with Syrah.
