With a delicate coral color and a complex flavor reminiscent of the most fragile and tasty red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries, Manz Rosé is made with Castelão, harvested manually in the vineyards of Cheleiros da Manzwine. On the palate, it balances with a harmonious and sweet unctuosity and a firm and fresh finish. A very elegant rosé! It accompanies starters, sushi, seafood, fish, pasta and salads, being also great appetizer.

Soil: Clay-limestone.
Climate: Atlantic.
Process: Pre-fermentative pelicular macerated, in an inert environment and the controlled temperature of 12ºc. After extraction, the tear must undergo a static clarification process. The fermentation process of color rein stainless steel tank, with temperature control between 14ºC and 16ºC. After fermentation follows a period of 4 months of maturation in stainless steel deposit, under conditions that enhance the preservation of flavors.
Color: Light pink.
Flavor: Complex and fruity that resembles red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry.
Palate: Balances with a harmonious and sweet unctuosity and a firm and fresh finish.
Gastronomy: Recommended in the accompaniment of starters, sushi, seafood, fish, pastas and salads, being also a great appetizer.
