Grapes: Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz.
Winemaker As: Ricardo Noronha.
Soil: Shale.
Climate: Continental.
Process: Total destemming, fermentation, by grape variety, for 8 days, in stainless steel, with temperature control. Maturation and 12-month stage in first use and 24-month French oak barrels in stainless steel vats.
Color: Intense, violacea.
Flavor: Full-bodied and structured with soft tannins and great balance between floral notes, fruit and oak. It features notes of spices and berries.
Palate: Structured, dense and silky in which the fine tannins harmonize with the fruity flavors, in a set with a wide and pleasant finish.
Gastronomy: Recommended in the accompaniment of intense cheeses, cod and meats.
Serve at temperature: 16ºC – 18ºC.

One of the best Portugal wines I have ever tasted. Concentrated, balanced, right amount of fruits and a very soothing finish. Brought this bottle to a wedding in country ( Portugal ) and it was a major hit ! A couple of friends stayed a few more days after the wedding and was not able to find this wine.
