In 2025, Manzwine decided to pay tribute to the people of Ericeira, their history, and traditions.

The restaurant owners chose the wines, artists submitted illustrations for the label, and the population participated in choosing Ana Sofia Conceição’s artwork.
Grapes: Touriga Nacional and Castelão.
Winemaker As: Ricardo Noronha.
Soil: Clay-limestone.
Climate: Atlantic.
Process: Fermentation in stainless steel.
Color: Red.
Flavor: Red fruit, predominantly cassis and ripe cherry, complemented by some floral notes characteristic of Touriga Nacional.
Palate: Medium-bodied and well-structured, soft and well-tamed tannins make this wine extremely easy and versatile. Undoubtedly an extremely well-made wine, well selected by the owners of Ericeira’s restaurants.
Gastronomy: Ideal with beef, pork, cheese, and smoked meats.
Serve at temperature: 16ºC – 18ºC.
