Soil: Clay-limestone.
Climate: Atlantic.
Process: Manual selection of the grape at reception, Total destemming. Classic fermentative process, tanning, with careful macerated for extraction of color, flavors and structure. Fermentation at controlled temperature from 20ºC to 24ºC. During the maturation period, it aged 8 months in American oak barrels.
Color: Ruby.
Flavor: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits and a fabulous floral, which is complemented with soft notes of caramel from the stage in oak barrel.
Palate: A dry, elegant and super balanced wine that makes it versatile, to harmonize with food or to drink even without accompaniment.
Gastronomy: Recommended in the accompaniment of dishes of red meats, game dishes and cheeses.
Serve at temperature: 16ºC – 18ºC.
